Return & Refund Policy

At OneSource Fitness and Nutrition, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Because we work with a network of suppliers to bring you the best selection, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

Fitness Equipment Returns (30-Day Policy)

All fitness equipment (cardio machines, weights, and exercise machines) is eligible for a 30-day return window from the date of delivery — no questions asked on damaged or opened products.

To initiate a return, email us at jerne29@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our supplier will generate a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days of your request.
Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll make it right — no return required.

Simply email us at jerne29@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the item and the issue

We'll review your request and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Change of Mind Returns

Because our products ship directly from our supplier network, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases (wrong size selected, changed your mind, etc.).

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guides and product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before buying, reach out — we're happy to help you choose the right product.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
