Return & Refund Policy

At OneSource Fitness and Nutrition, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

30-Day Return Window

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at info@onesourcefitnessandnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — no return required. Email us at info@onesourcefitnessandnutrition.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Change of Mind Returns

We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases such as wrong size selected or changed your mind. We strongly recommend reviewing size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
