Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@onesourcefitnessandnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the supplier's return address upon approval. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging
- Returns are accepted for both defective/damaged items and non-defective items
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Restocking Fee No restocking fee.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
