Your satisfaction is our priority. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds Contact us within 30 days of delivery at jerne29@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will provide return instructions and the supplier's return address upon approval. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Non-Defective Items All sales are final on non-defective items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Restocking Fee No restocking fee.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
